Guardianship Services

As an AEGIS-accredited guardianship provider, we offer a full range of services for international students.

  • We appoint a friendly, welcoming and fully inspected host family, which is close to the student’s school if possible. The host family provides a home for a student during all weekend breaks, half terms and holidays, according to the student’s requirements

  • We greet the students upon their arrival into the UK, and make all personal travel arrangements for weekend breaks, half terms and holidays

  • We provide pastoral care and take an interest in the student’s progress at school and in their personal development as they grow into adults

  • We advise and assist parents with regard to placements with future schools, including handling applications. We can also organise suitable English language, tutoring and revision courses for the holidays

  • We attend parent/ teacher meetings when required

  • Our team is on call 24/7 to help students (and parents) with any difficulties or problems that may arise. In the event of a crisis, we will support the student with advice and assistance

Additional Support

  • We assist with opening UK bank accounts

  • We provide support, help and advice on medical issues

  • We arrange visits to schools or universities for interviews

  • We supervise the student’s school uniform

  • We manage the student’s pocket money

  • We assist with visa applications and police registrations

  • We can organise the purchase of UK mobile SIM cards

  • We represent the parent and student’s needs through good communication with the student’s school and host families
